Incoming calls will be answered on the first (1st) ring by a voice mail system. A personalized or generic greeting may be used. 

Mailboxes may be configured either as an announcement box only or as a traditional mailbox where callers may record their messages. Box will hold up to one hundred (100) messages, or a total of one hundred twenty (120) minutes of recorded time, whichever comes first. When mailbox is full client must delete old messages to make room before new messages can be taken. Messages will remain in system for twelve (12) days from the date recorded. There is no limit to the amount of messages, which may be left in the mailbox throughout a month. 

Additional Routing Boxes may also be used and are subject to the same rules and conditions. ** For each additional box, additional setup fees will apply. 

AnswerFirst will record the Mailbox greeting one (1) time for the initial setup fee. Any changes to the 
greeting that require re-recording by AnswerFirst will incur another setup fee. Client may re-record greeting at any time.
